Our Historic Goderich Harbour
July 1, 2011 to May, 2012 - Extended by Popular Demand
The natural harbour formed where river meets lake made Goderich the only large port on the eastern shore of Lake Huron. The various industries located in and around the Harbour have drawn ships to Goderich since its inception making it a perfect subject for Reuben R. Sallows.
This exhibit features photographs of the harbour captured by this innovative Goderich photographer in the early part of the 20th century.
